    CWB Critics Award for Best Film at Southeast European Film Festival

    Burbank, California, May 6st 2007 – Today Dragon Tale Entertainment announced that its publication “Cinema Without Borders” would be giving an Award for the Best Film at the 2007 South East European Film Festival, held in Los Angeles. The ‘Cinema Without Borders Critics Choice Award’ will be given by a jury of the magazine’s critics: Tobe A. Roberts, Jim Davis, Rosa Laura Lucherino and Bijan Tehrani.

    “We are proud to be able to support international film community by covering stories about filmmakers and movies from around the world” says Dr. Mehdi Hatamian co-founder of Dragon Tale Entertainment and publisher of “Cinema Without Borders”. He adds, “Now by giving an award to the Best Film at the South East European Film Festival, we have taken another step towards our goals. Soon you will hear more about our participation in international film events.”

    Bijan Tehrani, Editor in Chief of Cinema Without Borders believes that the relationship between “Cinema Without Borders” and the South East European Film Festival is long term: “Vera Mijojlic, president of the festival, and I have many common ideas about how we can bring international filmmakers closer together and cast a spotlight on their creations.”

    The South East European Film Festival (www.seefilmla.org) is held from May 3rd to May 7th in the Goethe Institute of Los Angeles, with the closing night held at the Fine Arts Theatre in Beverly Hills.

    The South East European Film Festival educates about the cultural diversity of South Eastern Europe and fosters cultural exchange through its annual presentations of films from this region.
